Return Policy
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50. However, if a package is returned for a refund, we will deduct the incurred shipping costs from the total refund amount. For Belgian customers, free shipping applies to orders over €75. For other EU countries and the UK, free shipping is available for orders over €120. For international shipments outside the EU, free shipping is provided for orders over €300.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, such as VAT and import duties.
You will also be responsible for all costs and charges associated with your returned order. We do not refund lost returns, so we recommend sending your return with a tracked shipping option.
Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via a confirmation email. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
You can return the items by following these steps:
- Download the return form, which you can do here
- Fill in your details
- Insert the top half into the original packaging
- Attach the bottom half to your shipping bag/packaging
Refunds will always be made to the account used for the payment. If your return was received 14 days ago and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us.
Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
