Shipping Policy

At Like Charlie we try to deliver to as many countries as possible. We try to deliver orders within the Netherlands or Belgium within 5 working days. We try to deliver to other European countries within 10 working days. We try to deliver to countries outside the European Union as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50. However, if a package is returned for a refund, we will deduct the incurred shipping costs from the total refund amount. For Belgian customers, free shipping applies to orders over €75. For other EU countries and the UK, free shipping is available for orders over €120. For international shipments outside the EU, free shipping is provided for orders over €300.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, such as VAT and import duties.

You will also be responsible for all costs and charges associated with your returned order. We do not refund lost returns, so we recommend sending your return with a tracked shipping option.

If you want to change the delivery address after you have placed the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then check whether the address can still be changed.
